of solid waste and storm water management. Mission
Our mission is to work with municipal managers to:
- Maximize the value of the solid
waste services that are delivered to ratepayers, and;
- Develop revenue programs to fund
stormwater management programs.
Services
We perform solid waste rate studies, contract procurements,
feasibility studies, fee audits, route audits, and waste
generation studies.
We also help cities and counties establish
stormwater utilities, measure each parcel’s amount
of impervious surface area, and design equitable rates for
stormwater management service. |
